Over the last decade, Stefanie has returned to the Arts and Entertainment Industry with a mission to improve the industry to become more strategic, purposeful and business minded while still maintaining a playful work space. She has operated as an Event Producer and Marketing Coordinator for Mississauga Celebration Square, a Performance Coach and Artist Manager for Melxdie, and now owner of Eby Entertainment Inc.
In 2023, Stefanie launched a new burlesque-inspired supper and show series called “Invite Only” that reshapes the meaning of adult entertainment through the incorporation of women empowerment and inclusivity.

MEET STEFANIE EBY
FOUNDER OF EBY ENTERTAINMENT INC.
Stefanie has been involved in the Arts and Entertainment industry since the age of 4, and has professionally trained in rhythmic gymnastics, dance, acting, singing and circus arts.
Over the course of Stefanie’s dance career, she has 15+ years of training in: Jazz, Jazz Funk, Cecchetti Ballet, Acrobatics, Modern/Contemporary, Lyrical, Tap, Hip Hop, Heels, and Musical Theatre. She also studied at Cawthra Park Secondary School and John Robert Powers for acting.
